Otino International’s mandate is simple:

“To ensure that all previously internally displaced women and children (Innocents) of post conflict nations of the world upon returning home, are provided with medicine and healthcare for preventable diseases in accordance with the United Nations Millennium Development Goals.”

This is to be achieved by having a mobile medical service that will provide medical attention to women and children in post conflict nations that have recently returned to their ancestral homelands where there is no medical infrastructure available to them.

Otino International also aims to empower the innocents, and facilitate sustainable life skills based on health education for them and to also educate the world and encourage youth, corporate, family and cultural groups to proactively participate on a global level.
